Sweden shows us whether lockdown was worth the economic cost

Researcher Rickard Nyman and Visiting Professor Paul Ormerod (both UCL Centre for Decision Making Uncertainty) compared the trajectory of deaths from Covid-19 between the UK and Sweden and found that 20,000 lives had been saved from the lockdown versus an estimate of 500,000.
