Leisure activities could protect against dementia

Intellectually stimulating leisure activities - from reading newspapers to talking to family on a mobile - may be protective against dementia, suggests a study by PhD Student Pamela Almeida-Meza, Dr Dorina Cadar, and Professor Andrew Steptoe (All UCL Epidemiology & Health).
