UCL Natural Sciences students win the Bright SCIdea Challenge

Following UCL success in 2018, the 2020 Bright SCIdea Challenge was again awarded to a team from UCL Natural Sciences, this time for their work on extracting heavy metals from polluted soil. 

Natural Sciences student wins Rosalind Franklin Institute prize

The Rosalind Franklin Institute's recent Essay prize - held to celebrate the institute's centenary - has been won by UCL Natural Sciences Student Rachel Scott. 

UCL Natural Sciences students win silver medal in the University Physics Competition

Marcel Mordarski, Lau Pak To, and Louis Sharma are the authors of the paper on “Quadcopter Stability in Wind” awarded a silver medal at last year's University Physics Competition.
