14 May: New Exam Board Reports available to wider UCL community

From 14 May the new suite of Exam Board Reports will be available to staff via Portico. The new reports will standardise and simplify the data presented at Board meetings from June 2019.

Extensive testing has been undertaken on the new reports by secondees and volunteers from departments and faculties. A few final adjustments and bug fixes are currently being made to some of the reports so please note that the final versions may differ slightly from those made available today.

Amendments to the reports are expected to be complete next week. A further communication will be issued to confirm when the final versions are available.

Portico training sessions for Board Administrators and Examination Liaison Officers on the end-to-end Exam Board process are now underway. Further details about these sessions and how to book a place are available in the Faculty Training Sessions Update.
