Resit Examinations – 11-21 January

Centrally organised resit examinations for undergraduate finalists and completing taught postgraduate students from 2019/20 will take place from 11 to 21 January 2021.  Continuing students (both undergraduate and postgraduate) with a trailed resit will take these in the main examination period in April-May 2021. 

The examinations included will be those that were delivered centrally via Moodle in May-June 2020, and have eligible resit candidates. These will be run as 24 hour timed on-line examinations and delivered via Moodle.    

The January exams will be set up on the 2020/21 modules in Moodle.  It is essential that you make sure resit candidates have been added to the relevant 2020/21 Moodle page for each exam that they are expected to take.    

As and when the relevant exam pages are set up the Exams Team will advise the ELO for a final check before the examination period. We will be limiting the access within Moodle so that only students who are in the Resit timetable will be able to view the resit question paper, so it is essential that teaching departments advise the Exams Office of any missing candidates. 

Please ensure that the Moodle pages are not amended or altered in any way. If any edits are required or additional candidates emerge, then the relevant amendments must be carried out by the Exams Office.
