Summary of updates with SSP

As mentioned in the last issue, the SSP team are working with additional teams to onboard them onto SID. We have the latest updates from the different teams. As well as the work already mentioned the SSP team are working on communications of onboarding teams, identifying stakeholders as well as the routes for their enquiries. We have a list of staff-to-staff enquiry routes available on our wiki. 

On-boarding

• Bartlett (phase 1 - Applicant enquiries): Review of UAT build and staff training has commenced, to be completed by end of June. Go-live date scheduled for 14th July. 
• Laws (phase 1 - Applicant enquiries):  As-is has been captured and has been written into a to-be/build proposal. A review of UAT build and staff training has commenced, to be completed by end of June. Go-live date scheduled for 28th July. 
• Careers: As-is has been captured and has been written into a to-be/build proposal A review of UAT build and staff training has commenced, to be completed by end of June. Go-live date scheduled for 23rd June. 
• Student Accommodation and SELCS teams: We are progressing As-is discovery. 

Extended info profile tab

The SSP team have been working on introducing some key information to the profile tab so that staff can access information in one single place rather than having SID and SITS open. The teams that will be going live with this functionality are:

• Visa Compliance
• Visa Advice

We hope the functionality will be introduced to LIVE at the end of June.
