7-13 April: Earlier start date for annual SITS/Portico upgrade

Revised dates for Portico outage:  From 9am on Wednesday 7 April to 10am on Tuesday 13 April

Due to the complexities associated with this year’s annual SITS/Portico upgrade, the service outage will be starting on Wednesday 7 April, one day earlier than previously advised. This extra day is during the Easter closure to minimise disruption to users.

Both Portico and the SITS client will be unavailable during this service outage.

Notification of the revised dates for this planned interruption of service will be communicated to Portico users and messages will be placed on the Portico and SITS client login screens.
