Late Summer Assessment (LSA)

The LSA exam period for centrally run examinations will run from 16 August to 3 September 2021.  

Exchange of Marks Deadline: 14 June 

Due to the tight turn around required to run the LSA exams this year, it is essential that all results for failed and deferred candidates have been input and processed on portico prior to 14 June, as we will collect this data and commence timetabling very soon after this date. 

Draft Timetable Review: 7-12 July 

The draft timetable along with candidate lists will be circulated to Examination Liaison Officers on 7 July, and we will require any corrections to this information by 12 July at the latest. 

Publication of Final Timetable: The final timetable will be published to students on 19 July. 

Deadline for Examination Papers: 19 July 

The Examinations Office will send out cover sheets to departments on Wednesday 7 July, with instructions on how to submit. The deadline for submitted your papers is 19 July. It is essential that this deadline as adhered to allowing the Exams Team sufficient time to set up the exams on AssessmentUCL in readiness for LSA. 

Students requiring Exam Adjustments will be given 24 hours to complete their examinations, as in the main exam period.  Students requiring adjustments should apply by 2 August in order to guarantee that their additional time allowance is applied within AssessmentUCL.
