Curriculum Data Maintenance

The Curriculum Data Maintenance: Modules and Assessments and Programme Diet Maintenance tasks will open between 2 December 2024 and 28 February 2025 so that you can make changes to modules and programme diets for 2025/26, such as:

• Withdraw, suspend and un-suspend modules for 2025/25
• Amend module delivery teaching terms 
• Amend module catalogue information such as the module description, keywords, contact information and module leads
• Update your programme diets

Assessment Changes for 2025/26

The Exams and Assessment Services team will make available spreadsheets based on the current module assessment data for 2024/25 for you to record module delivery assessment changes for 2025/26. On the spreadsheet, you will be able to indicate the following: 

• Assessment weighting changes 
• Changes to methods of assessment 
• Changes to component name

Faculty approval will be required on these spreadsheets for changes by 14 February 2025.  Please note that internal departmental deadlines may be earlier.
