Engagement Monitoring process for Student Visa holders

As we approach the start of the 2024/25 academic year, click here to find out more about UCL's engagement monitoring policy for Student Visa holders. UCL takes its sponsorship duties very seriously and is committed to ensuring that we adhere to those duties.
One such duty is the requirement to effectively monitor the engagement of students who are sponsored on a Student visa. In order to comply with UKVI requirements, UCL must maintain robust records to demonstrate that engagement is recorded and that non-engagement is acted upon. Evidence should demonstrate academic engagement with the programme and, as such, it is not expected that superfluous activities are created to meet these requirements.
