University of London International Foundation Programme

This is not considered acceptable for direct entry to undergraduate study at UCL due to the lack of a taught English language proficiency component (please see this link to the London International Foundation Programme website  for further information)

University of London International Bachelor Degrees

These degrees are delivered and assessed by the University of London, although teaching is undertaken in locations around the world. They may be considered to be of equal standing to degrees conducted by Higher Education Institutions in the UK and treated accordingly for entry to undergraduate programmes via APL. Diploma in Economics; Diploma in Social Sciences; Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law

These programmes equate to 120 credits of undergraduate study and as such successful completion of the Diploma with a mark of 'Merit' (60%, commensurate with a 2:1 classification- in specific modules if specified by the academic department) is acceptable for entry to year 1 of undergraduate study at UCL.
