The symposium is entitled 'The Baltic Way', 2014 being the 25th anniversary of the human chain from Vilnius through Riga to Tallinn, and also the 10th anniversary of the Baltic States’ accession to NATO and the EU.
The keynote speech will be delivered by the Lithuanian Foreign Minister, Linus Linkevičius.
