Get help from the Service Desk
The IT Services team is the primary point of contact for queries about central IT services for all staff and students at UCL. You can request their help by accessing the self-service portal, visiting in person, emailing or calling.
Before you start
You will need your UCL user ID and password.
- 1. Access the self-service portal
Log into the portal by clicking on the link inside this container.

- 2. Report a problem or request something
Follow these instructions if you need to report a problem.

- Open a new request or type a search term on the top right.
- Complete the form that more closely relates to your query.
- Fill the form giving as much detail as possible.
- Submit the form for your request to be sent to the relevant team.
- You will receive an email with a ticket number.
- The team will get back to you via the ticket in due course.
