Order a business phone

If it is decided that an employee requires a mobile phone for work purposes, it should be obtained via ISD’s Managed Mobile service. Usually only the departmental administrator has the authority to order a new mobile phone and contract.

Before you start

You will need authorisation to place an order.

  1. Choose a handset from the ‘Phone, call cost and tariff details’ spreadsheet. You will find this on the Mobile Telephone Services web page.
  2. Contact your Departmental Administrator (DA).
