UCL offers a wide range of services including: building maintenance, mechanical work, plumbing, carpentry, handymen work, electrical work, cleaning, portering, pest control and waste disposal. You can book any of these services by "raising a service request". You can raise a service request in MyCampus, which is the software UCL uses to manage requests, let you know when to expect your request to be fulfilled, and when it's complete .
Before you start
Please note there is an exception for UCL East, which does not use MyCampus. Both methods are listed below.
Wherever you are reporting from you will need:
- Your UCL username and password;
- the UCL building name;
- the floor level; and
- the room number (if applicable)

- Make a service request in MyCampus, making sure that you include all the details requested above. Depending on the request more information could be useful in assessing how and when to fulfil the request.
- You'll be given some options to help the team identify the exact nature of the problem.
- The customer team will process your report, and update you with next steps.

MyCampus lets you stay up to date with the progress of your request, so all the information is in one place
