If you discover a broken light please report it to the Estates customer team who will arrange for someone to come and fix it. Simply complete an online form to raise a job in Estates' system and follow up with a phone call if the issue needs urgent attention.
Before you start
You will need:
- Your UCL username and password;
- The UCL building name, floor level and room name where applicable; and
- A description of the service required.
- 1. Raise a service request
Make a service request in MyCampus

- Make a service request in MyCampus, making sure that you include all the details requested above. Depending on the request more information could be useful in assessing how and when to fulfil the request.
- You'll be given some options to help the team identify the exact nature of the problem.
- The customer team will process your report, and update you with next steps.
