This module aims to introduce a formal framework for the study of probability and statistics, building on the intuitive concepts introduced in STAT0002.

Registration process

STAT0003 is specified as a formal option within the BSc Global Humanitarian Studies programme. Students from this programme who have taken the standard prerequisite should simply register for STAT0003 on Portico and await a decision.

STAT0003 is NOT offered as an elective.
