About the Casework Team

Who we are and what we do

The Casework & Regulations Team is responsible for the administration and investigation of: 

  • Academic Appeals 
  • Academic Misconduct Appeals 
  • Complaints  
  • Non-academic Misconduct  

We also provide administrative support for Support to Study process.
