Good news - you’re a member of Students’ Union UCL, but what does that membership get you?

We’re your route to 328 Clubs and Societies, countless volunteering opportunities, part-time jobs that fit around your studies, events, great places to eat, drink and chill in, an Advice Service when you need it, and if you want to make lasting change at UCL, we can help you do that too.

Now that you’re a student at UCL, you’ve automatically got access to all the wonderful things we have to offer, and we hope you make the most of it.

Volunteering 

There are thousands of ways for you to do more and make a difference during your time here. While you're at it, you'll be giving back to the communities you’re living in, discovering London in a unique way and also adding valuable experience onto your CV.

Sports

Thousands of students stay active through the Students’ Union. If you're looking for something ad hoc and low-key, look out for Project Active. If you want to follow your passion for a particular sport and compete in national leagues, join TeamUCL. If you're at the top of your game, Elite Athlete is the programme for you.

Tea Appreciation Society welcomes those who drink their tea with their pinkie up and down, but if tea isn’t your thing, we’ve got over 327 other Clubs and Societies for you to choose from.

These are groups that will help you make friends, pursue your hobbies and add extra skills to your CV.

Student Voice 

We’re all in this together, and when we say ‘we’, we mean everyone at UCL; students, academics, support staff. What UCL is now and what it will be in the future is down to us, the UCL community.

Your voice is central to the progress UCL makes. Make change through feeding back about your experience: why not become a rep to work in partnership to make change across UCL and shape UCL as UCL shapes you?
