Update your contact, next of kin or trusted contact details

Don’t forget to update your contact details and your next of kin details if you’re a new student here at UCL or these have changed since studying with us to ensure we hold the correct information about you.
Keeping your contact details up to date will help us provide the right kind of support if it's needed and to do so at the right time and in the right way.
Your next of kin is a person who is your closest living relative(s) or trusted contacts and can include any individuals from the following:
- your child
- either one of your parents
- a sibling
- an aunt or uncle
- a niece or nephew
- a grandparent
- a close friend
We strongly recommend you keep your details up to date at all times, as this is really important so UCL is able to contact your or your next of kin if we need to.
You can update all your details easily on Portico and you can do this as many times as you need to.
