Support and Wellbeing Services

Our team of expert wellbeing, disability and mental health staff provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to discuss any issues that may be affecting your ability to study. All of our support services are free of charge and open to UCL students of all levels.

Contact us

  1. askUCL: submit an enquiry online to find the guidance and answers to your questions.
  2. Visit the team: talk to us in person between 10am and 6pm on weekdays.
  3. Student Support Phone Lines: call us and speak to an adviser 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Harm Reduction Policy

UCL is replacing a zero-tolerance approach to drugs and alcohol with a Harm Reduction Policy to reduce the harms associated with misuse or abuse. We invite you to share your thoughts and experiences through our Harm Reduction Policy survey. 

Complete the survey between Monday 18th November until Sunday 8th December 2024 for the chance to win £100. You do not have to drink alcohol or use drugs to take part. UCL will only receive anonymised data.
