UCL Climate Cuppa: International Women's Day Special

The week before International Women’s Day (8 March) is a great time to celebrate some of the inspirational women at UCL. The Climate Cuppa is returning with a special event on 5 March to celebrate women’s contribution to climate action.

The week before International Women’s Day (8 March) is a great time to celebrate some of the inspirational women at UCL. The Climate Cuppa is returning with a special event on 5 March to celebrate women’s contribution to climate action.

The coffee morning will run from 9.15-10.45 with a panel session from 10.00-10.30. The panel will discuss women’s contribution to climate action, including who inspired them and how they hope to inspire others.

The session will be chaired by Prof Lisa Vanhala, UCL PVP Climate Crisis and will feature:

•    Prof Prof Priti Parikh, Professor of Infrastructure Engineering and International Development
•    Prof Maria Kett, Professor of Humanitarianism and Social Inclusion
