We have launched a new Feedback Tracker Report for students. Staff will be able to use this tool from Term 2.

The Feedback and Assessment Programme aims to improve staff and student experiences of feedback and makes sure we uphold assessment integrity.

As part of this programme, the Digital Education Team have launched the Feedback Tracker Report on Moodle.

For staff
The Feedback Tracker Report allows you to post assessments and indicate when feedback is going to be returned, what format the feedback will be returned in and whether the assessment is summative or formative.

For students
The Feedback Tracker Report is a single page report that allows them to easily access feedback and see feedback turnaround times.

The Feedback Tracker Report is available on every Moodle course and can be accessed by students and staff at any time.

At a glance, students can see:
•    a list of their assessments and due dates
•    feedback due dates
•    status of the feedback.

The Digital Education Team and OVPESE are working on the staff-facing side of the platform which will help academic and professional services staff access features such as notifications for due feedback, statistics on feedback timelines and live tracking of feedback across assessments.

The first version of the staff-facing side of the platform will be live at the start of Term 2.
