Supporting Young Children’s Mental Health

A research team led by CCM, PaLS and UCLIC colleagues recently won pump-priming funding via the UCL Social Science Plus scheme. The scheme offers £10K for cross-disciplinary pilot projects that will lay the basis for a future funding application

The new project, entitled “Exploring Social Learning in Mirroring Digital Environments to Support Young Children’s Mental Health” (2024-25), will explore the role of mirroring AR environments in supporting young children’s social learning and mental health.

The project will be led by Prof Sara Price, PI (CCM), Prof Peter Fonagy (PaLS), Prof Nadia Berthouze (UCLIC) and Dr Minna Nygren (UCLIC).
