Biography

  1. Will of Richard Pusey gentleman of [Beaufort Buildings] Bath [made 13/05/1820] proved 14/06/1821. In the will he left 'all sum and sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever' that he was entitled to from Pusey Hall estate in Jamaica and from his cousin John Pusey Edwardes to his 'dear wife', together with all his other property. His executors were James Hodge Byles of Bowden Hall Gloucestershire, William Rhodes James of City of London and his cousin John Pusey Edwardes (each of whom q.v.).

  2. Son of Richard Pusey, merchant, of Jamaica. Attorney at Spanish Town, Jamaica 1804. Capt. Jamaica Militia. JP for St. Catherine, Jamaica. Later of Bath. In 1814 married Caroline Tiddesley of Hampton, England. Died in Southampton, England.
