Ann Pearce, "free mulatto", age 20, baptised in St Elizabeth, Jamaica, 21/10/1790, with her eldest two daughters with Thomas Weir Tayler senior: Elizabeth (born 1788) and Margaret (1790). Three more children with the same father baptised in St Elizabeth in 1810: John Pierce (born 1791), Mary Mortimer (1796) and Thomas Weir (1800).
Probably the same Ann Pearce who registered owned enslaved people in Kingston from at least 1817 to 1826. This Ann Pearce was also the mother of John William Goldsmith, born and baptised 1810 in Kingston.
