Edward Rowland

Edward Rowland was born c. 1746. He died aged 86, Park Bychan, Mold, and was buried 08/03/1832, leaving less than £200. He was the father of (at least) five children by 1805: Mary, Anne, Elizabeth, Emma and Edward Rowland. The children's mother(s) is/are unknown. Edward Rowland received an annuity of £30 under the Will of his brother, Gabriel, in 1805. Edward Rowland married Jane Evans in Mallwyd in 1814, and the pair had two children--Richard Rose and William Rowland, baptised in Mold, Flintshire in 1816 and 1818 respectively. He was named as ‘Gentleman’/’Yeoman’ in their baptism certificates.
