Jay is a PhD student in Public Policy.
Biography:
Jay’s doctoral research explores the relationship between democratic accountability and modern state governance in health and social care in England.
She holds an MSc in Democracy and Comparative Politics from UCL and an MSc in Media & Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
In addition to her PhD research, Jay is an advisor to organisations on stakeholder governance and engagement, strategic planning, and change management. She is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Open University’s Faculty of Business & Law, and a Chartered Director, International Fellow and Associate of the Centre for Corporate Governance at the Institute of Directors (IoD), where she co-authored a paper on board governance in the interest of stakeholders. She is a former President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), and a former Associate Lecturer at Syracuse University (London).
