Tuition fee setting

The Deputy Director of Planning chairs the Tuition Fee Review Group, a cross-UCL group which is responsible for advising Senior Management on relevant considerations and contextual factors to inform approaches to fee setting, reviewing and presenting to Senior Management proposals for future tuition fee rates, monitoring sector developments and legislation on tuition fees and undertaking reviews on relevant fee related matters. The tuition fee setting process is where faculties and departments consider their fees for the following year and highlight any programmes they would wish to move on the fee spine. Guidance is issued prior to each tuition fee setting process each year.
