Henrietta Clapham was party to a deed of August 1799 in which a mortgage over the Mount William estate previously owned by Henry Sharp and Samuel Parker Clapham was assign from George Fraser to Bryan Blake. She was described in the deed as one of the administrators of Samuel Parker Clapham.
