John Henry Clapham, for many years Rector of the Port of Spain, and Rector of Isfield Sussex ('to which he was collated by Abp Moore in 1792'), died in Trinidad aged 76 c. 1835.
In 1851 Henry Charles Clapham aged 47 'L.S.A. London General Practitioner' born Hertfordshire, Northaw was living at 32 Francis Street with daughters Catherine and Mary aged 12 and 11 born St Pancras and 'wife's sister' Mary M. Skelton unmarried aged 67.
Henry Charles Clapham married Ellen Ann Skelton at St Pancras Parish Church 29/06/1836. Henry Charles Clapham of 32 Francis Street Torrington Square was buried aged 49 at All Souls Kensal Green 07/01/1852. Will of Henry Charles Clapham Surgeon of Francis Street, Torrington Square proved 22/01/1852.

Gentleman's Magazine 1835 Vol. 3 p. 441 'Jan 3rd'. CCEd [database online] Person ID 62841 for John Henry Clapham, but the database shows only his ordination in1787 and his position as Rector of Isfield 1796-1835 with no other detail of his life.
1851 census online; Henry Charles Clapham was shown at 29 Francis St Tottenham Court Road in Boyle's 1835 and identified as surgeon in P.O.Directory 1838.
