Awarded the compensation with William Henry Clapham and Henry Charles Clapham as assignees of John Henry Clapham, assignees of a mortgage dated 14/11/1825 for £8016 13s 4d. Presumably the three awardees were brothers, sons or nephews of John Henry Clapham.

  1. John Henry Clapham, for many years Rector of the Port of Spain, and Rector of Isfield Sussex ('to which he was collated by Abp Moore in 1792'), died in Trinidad aged 76 c. 1835.

  2. Thomas Picton Clapham 'gentleman' married Hannah Knowles at St Peters Leeds (Leeds Parish Church) 03/10/1826 and was buried aged 40 at Sandal Magna, York 12th [or 18th] March 1841. Will of Thomas Picton Clapham gentleman of Sandal Common Yorkshire West Riding proved 16/04/1841.
