FASTA

A number of different LAT isoforms were found as well as LAT homologues in the animal kingdom.

The different human isoforms are first shown, followed by the amino acid sequences of the other species.

HUMAN LAT ISOFORMS

There are four different isoforms, although isoform a is the most well characterised and the most abundant one.

  • Homo sapiens isoform a

The LAT isoform a has 262 amino acids

Its accession number is NP_055202.1
